PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order.
You will then receive another e-mail once your item has been dispatched which will include your tracking details.
PLEASE NOTE: In the unfortunate event your item/s become out of stock, We will contact you to discuss this matter.
This can be due to the fact our stock levels constantly change!
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days.

We ship all orders via Hermes at a charge of £3.95 per order.

We only ship orders within the UK.
If you live local to our store you can choose to collect your order in-store.
Choose this option at the checkout, you will then receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be collected.
We offer 14 days refund or exchange.
The product MUST be in its original packaging, unworn & unused.
All returns are at the cost of the buyer.
We recommend returns are sent via a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for lost items.
If in the unlikely event your order/product arrives damaged please do not contact the manufacture!
We require you to contact us directly within 24 hours of receiving your faulty order.
We will require a photo and description of the fault and we'll contact you with instructions to return your item.
